Great thanks to Mr Tim Abdellah Fuson who helped to determine the names of the musicians. Here's the fragment of the correspondence from Mr Fuson (6 July 2004):

My name is Tim Abdellah Fuson, and I played Moroccan percussion and guinbri with Pharoah and Yassir Chadly on a number of occasions beginning in 1992...
I was on the following gigs:
10/29/92, Davies Symphony Hall, San Francisco
3/16-21/03, Yoshi's Nightspot, Oakland
May 1994, Yerba Buena Center, San Francisco
I can fill in for you the other musicians that were on the Yerba Buena Center gig: In addition to Pharoah, there was the entire Marhaba ensemble of Yassir Chadly (oud, percussion, vocals), Bouchaib Abdelhadi (violin,percussion, vocals), Hafida Ghanim (vocals, percussion) and myself (percussion, vocals). EW Wainwright played drums, Mark Little was the pianist/keyboardist on the gig, and Kush Khanna played tabla and harmonium.
The piece "Ocean" was performed by Lines Contemporary Ballet for 2 weeks at the Yerba Buena Center in May 1994. We traveled to New York and performed for a week at the Joyce Theatre in June of that year, without Wainwright.
The piece was reprised, in modified form, at Yerba Buena in SF in October 2002 for 2 weeks with Pharoah, William Henderson, the Marhaba ensemble, and a percussionist named Rami Ziadeh.
Hope this helps to fill in a few holes!
